Loads
worth taking.

You already know which brokers waste your day. We built our carrier side around not being one of them.

What you get from us

A rate that holds

The rate confirmation says what the load pays and what is included. We do not renegotiate at the dock because the load got harder than we thought.

Detention we actually pay

If you sit, document it. Accessorials supported by paperwork get paid, not argued about for six weeks.

One onboarding

Authority, insurance, and W-9 once. After that we monitor your file instead of asking you to resend it every load.

Loads that fit

We book to your equipment and your home base. Nobody wins when a truck gets sent somewhere it cannot get back from.

A tractor coupled to flatbed trailers in a yard.

What we need from you

Standard for any reputable brokerage. If a broker is not asking for these, be careful who you are hauling for.

Active authority

Interstate operating authority in good standing, with the MC and USDOT numbers that match the company on the packet.

Insurance on file

Auto liability and cargo coverage at industry standard limits, with Loaded Logistics listed as certificate holder.

Signed agreement

Our carrier agreement and a completed W-9. This is the part that lets us pay you without a delay.

Communication

Answer on the load. Check calls, a location when we ask, and a call the moment something changes. That is the whole deal.

Get on the list.

Send your MC number and the lanes you want. If it lines up with what we move, you will hear from us.
