Who you are dealing with
Loaded Logistics is a federally authorised motor carrier operating under USDOT 4395406 and MC 1724734, based at 604B N Central Ave, Locust, North Carolina. When we haul your freight on our own equipment, we are acting as the motor carrier.
Hawkinson Freight is a separate freight brokerage under common ownership, operating under its own authority at hawkinsonfreight.com. When freight is brokered, that is a different company, a different authority, and a different set of obligations. We keep them separate on purpose and we will always tell you which one you are contracting with.
Quotes and estimates on this site
This point matters more than the rest of this page, so it is not buried.
- The Build your load tool calculates distance from published city coordinates using a straight-line formula with a road allowance, and estimates transit at roughly 500 miles per driving day. Both are approximations for planning. Real mileage, real hours-of-service, appointment windows, weather, and traffic will differ.
- Nothing on this site is a rate quote, a firm offer, or a commitment of capacity, and submitting a form does not book a load or reserve equipment.
- A load is booked when we send you a rate confirmation and you accept it. Not before.
- Coverage shown on the map indicates where we are willing to run, not a guarantee that equipment is available in a given place at a given time.
Using the site
You may read, print, and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not scrape or bulk-download the site, submit false information through our forms, use the forms to send unsolicited commercial email, attempt to break or overload the site, or copy its design, code, text, or photographs for use elsewhere.
What belongs to us
The Loaded Logistics name and logo, the site design, code, copy, and photographs are ours. The photographs on this site are of our own equipment and our own people. Third-party trademarks that appear incidentally, such as equipment manufacturer badges in photographs, belong to their owners and their appearance is not an endorsement.

No warranty
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current at every moment, and rates, coverage, capacity, and services can change without the site changing at the same instant.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Loaded Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Our liability for any claim arising from the website itself is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
This paragraph is about the website. It does not limit our liability as a motor carrier for cargo loss or damage, which is governed by the Carmack Amendment, our cargo insurance, and the transportation documents for your shipment.
Cargo claims
Claims for loss or damage go to j.hawkinson@loadedlogisticsnc.com or 704-962-4987 with the bill of lading, the delivery receipt showing the exception, and photographs. Note damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves wherever it is possible to do so. Filing deadlines are set by the transportation documents and by federal law, so tell us early even if you do not yet have the full amount.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising from this website are subject to the courts of Stanly County, North Carolina. Federal transportation law governs where it applies, and it will often apply to your freight.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
