What this site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Short, because there is not much of it.
This policy explains what Loaded Logistics collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the website only. Information you give us in the course of an actual shipment is handled under our transportation records, described at the end.
The short version
- We collect what you type into our two forms, and nothing else about you.
- We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this site.
- We do not sell or rent your information. We never have.
- Three outside services see limited data because the site uses them to work at all. They are named below.
What we collect
Information you give us
Two forms on this site send us information, and both are voluntary.

Put only what you need to in the message field. A lane, a commodity, and a date is usually enough for us to quote. Please do not send driver medical records, social security numbers, or payment card numbers through a web form.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Whoever hosts this site records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, page requested, and time. We use it to keep the site up and to spot abuse.
- One browser storage key. Turning on truck mode saves the value
ll-truckmodein your browser's session storage so the setting survives moving between pages. It holds no personal information, is not sent to us, and your browser deletes it when you close the tab. Nothing else on this site writes to your browser.
What we do not do
This site has no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising or remarketing tags, no chat widget, no A/B testing tool, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

If a form cannot be sent for any reason, the page opens a prefilled email in your own mail program instead. In that case you send it yourself and nothing has passed through anyone else.
We also share information where we have to: with a carrier, broker, warehouse, or customer in order to actually move your freight, with our accountant or attorney, and where the law or a valid legal process requires it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive on our dispatch board and stay in our records as business correspondence. Enquiries that do not turn into freight are deleted when they are no longer useful. Records tied to a shipment are kept as long as transportation regulations and our insurance and tax obligations require, which is generally at least three years.
Your choices
Write to us at j.hawkinson@loadedlogisticsnc.com and we will, within a reasonable time and at no charge:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete it, unless we are required to keep it for a shipment record, a claim, or a legal obligation.
We extend these to anyone who asks, rather than only to people covered by a particular state privacy law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. Please do not send anything through this site that would seriously harm you if it were intercepted.
Children
This is a freight site for businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If you are outside the United States
We operate in the United States and information sent through this site is stored and processed here. Privacy law where you live may differ from United States law.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for a reasonable period.
